The renovation of this enchanting, but dilapidated, old home retained much of the original frontage and sleeping areas to revive and preserve its historic charm. Walls were straightened and finished with hand-nailed weatherboard fixing and highest quality render finish. Both solid and open-style verandahs were lined with recycled messmate floorboards to match the original timbers. Feature lighting and quality landscaping make the most of the courtyards and barbeque areas.
